Illinois multitype Library
Systems participate in Illinois Library Day, an annual event where
librarians, trustees, and library supporters from across the
state gather in Springfield to meet with their legislators and
discuss issues of importance to libraries.
Illinois Library Systems invite you to
join your colleagues from academic, public, school, and special
libraries for this annual event. Now more than ever it's important
for those who care about libraries to meet with lawmakers and
make the case for support of library issues and funding. Illinois
Library Day is sponsored by the Illinois
Library Association, Illinois
Library System Directors Organization, and the Illinois
School Library Media Association.
